Manager, Ranch is responsible for oversee all aspects of ranch operations, including but not limited to: animal husbandry, crop production, irrigation, land management, and maintenance develop and implement long term plans for the ranch in collaboration with the owner, taking into account financial goals, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance hire, train, and supervise ranch staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed monitor and evaluate ranch performance, making necessary changes to improve efficiency and productivity keep accurate records of all ranch activities, including finances, livestock, crops, and equipment plan and oversee the construction and repair of ranch buildings, fences, and other infrastructure purchase supplies and equipment as needed, staying within budget constraints within their professional field.
