Manager, Food Production is responsible for ensure that all food production employees adhere to company policies and procedures schedule and coordinate the work of employees in the food production department assist in the development and implementation of new menu items monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, and place orders as necessary ensure that all food production areas are clean and sanitary inspect finished products for quality and presentation train new employees in food production methods and safety procedures develop and implement plans to increase efficiency and productivity in the food production department investigate and resolve complaints from customers prepare reports on the activities of the food production department within their professional field.
